Conditions
Our rates are per person per day and include one change per week of bed linen and towels as well as water and electricity expenses.
The municipal tourist tax of € 2.30 per day for all guests older than 14 and the final cleaning costs are not included.
Bookings will be confirmed when the deposit is received. In compliance with art. 1385 of the Italian Civil Code, in the event of cancellation the deposit is not refundable.
The full price for the booked period will be applied regardless of late arrivals or early departures.
The apartments are available from 12 p.m. (midday) on the day of arrival (check-in) to 9.30 a.m. on the day of departure (check-out).
All credit cards and cash cards are accepted.
We regret to inform you that we cannot accept pets.
